Presentation title: Grounding the Feminist International Assistance Policy in evidence to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights through partnerships with women-led civil society organizations (English)
The Foreign Policy Research and International Assistance Research and Knowledge divisions at Global Affairs Canada, in partnership with the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, present the 2020 edition of the International Policy Ideas Challenge (IPIC) Ideas Symposium. Over the course of 5 sessions, 10 winners will present their original policy briefs online, through WebEx.
IPIC is a national awards competition jointly led by Global Affairs Canada and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. Ten up-and-coming Canadian policy thinkers and developers are selected to develop and present original policy briefs on emerging international policy challenges faced by Canada.
Session 4, Sexual and Reproductive Health & Gender, will feature a policy brief presentation to Global Affairs Canada on midwifery association strengthening.
