International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) council delegates vote for the President and Board Members. The Board serves for three years.
The International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) council delegates on 16th June 2017 in Toronto, Canada voted for the new President and Board Members. The New Board will serve until 2020.
The Board includes an Executive Committee: President, Vice-President, and Treasurer, the Chief Executive attends in non-voting capacity. The ICM Board is appointed by the Council and consists of representatives from each Confederation region. Members are appointed for a three-year period.
