Family Care International is one of only 13 extraordinary nonprofit organizations around the world selected to receive the 2013 MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions. This $1 million one-time capacity-building award represents MacArthur's recognition of FCI's achievements and their investment in a strong foundation for FCI's future work.
