Mother's Night: a tribute to mothers around the world

Each year the campaign hosts “Mother’s Night”, a special night on the eve of Mother’s Day. ICM will participate in the 2009 program in Rotterdam, which will focus on reducing maternity mortality and morbidity in teenagers.

• Walking for life: MIDIRS joins pilgrims in support of mothers and babies in Ethiopia On Sunday 14^th June 2009, a team of 20 dedicated individuals will set off for North-West Spain to begin a testing 130 kilometre walk in aid of the SafeHands for Mothers’ Pilgrims Walk for Life fund-raising campaign, which aims to raise £350,000 in support of safe motherhood in Ethiopia.
