The International Confederation of Midwives' 29th Triennial Congress took place in Durban, South Africa, in June 2011. Over 3000 midwives from around the world came together for this global midwifery event for a scientific program and the launch of the State of the World's Midwifery Report, Delivering Health, Saving Lives.
